Here, an (unofficial) mayor searches for answers. Old friends try to mend broken ties. A drifter finds an unlikely ally. A daughter comes home to care for her mother, who guards a quiet, profound secret. Echoing over it all, the question: Where have the whales gone?
Part mystery, part love letter to the natural world, DEEP BLUE SOUND brims with small-town intrigue, wry humor, and the ache of lives brushing up against one another. (warning: some language may be offensive, or inappropriate for young children)
